Company branding, logos, and custom designs were for big business with unending budgets. Afterall they were the only ones who could afford it… weren’t they?

I remember my dad having talking with a farmer about fertilizer, the advantages, disadvantages, and costs.

The other farmer was complaining about the cost. He said he would love to apply it, but couldn’t afford it 

My dad said something that stuck. 


He said, “If you can’t afford to apply fertilizer, then you can’t afford not to.” 

You see fertilizer is the building blocks of any farming business. You must have good soil to produce quality crops, and quality pasture. 

The same philosophy applies to many, if not all business situations. 


Of course, this brings me to Graphic Design and Copywriting. Can you get by without great graphic design and copy? Probably, but you won’t be ahead of the pack.
